Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable when booking (£50 for non-wedding bookings). The balance is due to be paid a minimum of one month prior to the wedding date.
Wedding Booking dates are not transferable.
The service will be provided as specified on the booking confirmation form or invoice. If you make substantial changes from this agreement then the charges will be re calculated at the current rates. If you change any times or major elements of the wedding then you must inform us in writing.
For your protection cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
Cancellation within 120 days of a wedding date, 50% of the balance is payable.
Cancellation within 60 days of a wedding date, 100% of the balance is payable.
If we have a breakdown, accident or any other event beyond our control we reserve the right, at our discretion, to provide another vehicle, which may not be the same type or colour as the vehicle booked.
We provide cars and wedding transport all year round but if weather conditions are such as to make travelling difficult we reserve the right to change the car provided. We accept no responsibility should there be flooding or snowfall which makes travelling difficult, we will try our best but will not embark upon any journey in unsafe conditions.
Adequate time will be allowed for the journeys but we will not be held liable for any delays which are beyond our control.
If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any costs arising consequential of any losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the client.
Smoking is not permitted in or within 3 metres of our vehicles.
The client is responsible for the conduct of their passengers. We reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements, or valet costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or their passengers.
The driver may decline to transport any passenger/s or luggage if, in his opinion, the vehicle may be overloaded or passengers may be unsafe to travel through drink or drugs. The driver’s decision is final as he is responsible for the safe transport of all passengers.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for passenger’s luggage or personal property.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicular access at any location.
We will always try to help by taking luggage but this is limited to 2 medium size cases. Anything in excess of this should be discussed at the time of booking or at least before the day!
